PERMANENT BEDHEAD & HOBO CUBES - Split Tape
This is the second release for Permanent Bedhead (TOA side project) which focuses on drones and electronics. This composition collages alot of weird and abstract sounds into the heavy mixture of bubbling goo... slowly drifting into oblivion.
Hobo Cubes explores the possibilities of minimalism in this glitchy and free flowing set of pieces. Utilizing the Roland JX-3P and PG-200 as his only instruments, he tries to emulate the forefathers of electronic music and the recent modular craze. Smooth and simple rhythms are mixed with blippy arpeggios to create meditative soundscapes.
